Connect Appointments is recruiting an Industrial Team Leader for a permanent, full-time position based in Grangemouth. Our client is an established industrial services business operating across multiple sites in Scotland.

Leading and supervising a team while promoting a strong health and safety culture
Overseeing industrial operations including chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, water jetting and environmental response
Liaising with depot teams and site contacts, including audits, permits and worksafe observations
Driving company vehicles including towing equipment and carrying out daily defect checks
Supporting safe and efficient project delivery across multiple sitesThe ideal Industrial Team Leader will have:

Proven team leadership experience and a full UK driving licence
Strong knowledge of working at height and in confined spaces
Experience using high-pressure water jetting equipment
Relevant certifications such as CCNSG, First Aid, MEWP 3a/3b and Forklift (preferred)
