Production Line Operative (Nights) - Tamworth£12.47 per hour | Monday to Thursday | Training Provided | Temp to Perm Opportunity
Our client, a specialist manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs), is looking for motivated Production Line Operatives to join their night shift team.
No experience is required - full training will be provided! This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and start a long-term career in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doingWorking on a semi-automated conveyorised production line
Carrying out various manufacturing and quality control processes
Electrical testing and cutting of completed PCB boards
Operating machinery used to etch excess copper and create PCB features
Handling chemicals safely as part of the production process
Ensuring high quality and accuracy throughout each stage of production
You'll start on day shifts for training before moving onto nights, working alongside experienced process engineers and operators.
Shift & Pay- Monday to Thursday
- 18:00 - 06:00 (3 x 12-hour shifts + 1 x 8-hour shift per week = 40 hours total)
- £12.47 per hour
- Overtime - £17.08 - After 34 hours (21:00-06:00)
£14.96 - After 34 hours (06:00-21:00) - 1-hour break per shift (split throughout the night)
