Senior Site Manager - Supermarket Fit-Out (Night Shifts) - Immediate Start

A reputable fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced Snr Site Manager to join their team on a fast-track supermarket fit-out project in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality retail environments.

Key Requirements (Essential):

*

Proven experience managing supermarket or food retail fit-out projects

*

Experience delivering projects for brands such as Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, M&S, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury's or similar

*

Strong background in fast-track retail fit-outs

*

Ability to manage night shifts (10pm-6am) and weekend work when required

*

Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities:

*

Managing day-to-day site operations on a live retail fit-out project

*

Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on programme and to a high standard

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance on site

*

Liaising with project managers, suppliers and client representatives

*

Managing site logistics, quality control and progress reporting

Requirements:

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (valid)

*

Strong experience in retail / supermarket fit-out environments

*

Excellent organisation and communication skills

*

Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive projects
