Business Development Representative
Location: Newport, South Wales
Salary: £26,000 basic + £3,000+ achievable bonus package
Contract: Permanent, full time (40 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Rota'd shifts across Monday-Friday (09:00-21:00), Saturday (09:00-18:00) and Sunday (10:00-16:00)

What you'll be doing
Converting new and existing enquiries through outbound calls, inbound leads, and targeted cold calling
Engaging prospects via phone, email, and live chat using persuasive, customer-focused messaging
Following up on quotes and enquiries to maintain momentum and exceed sales targets
Processing payments and ensuring smooth, accurate customer transactions
Working closely with managers and wider sales teams to support campaigns and improve sales performance

What we're looking for
At least 2 years' experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
Confidence using CRM systems, email, and live chat tools
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Resilience, motivation, and a proactive approach to sales
