Experience is a must in Salesforce Sales Cloud with strong Foundational Setup experience Good to have: Service cloud (for Release 2) & Technical skills Responsibilities Include:- 1) Participate in the User Story Grooming Sessions with the Product Owners & provide suggestions on the Best Practices for implementing Solutions / perform POC's where necessary. 2) Manage Offshore Team, Onsite-offshore communications, delivery of the User stories committed for a particular Sprint. 3) Review the User Stories in JIRA & add the respective Story points by discussing with offshore based of complexity. 4) Participate in the Sprint Planning Sessions to review/commit the work to be delivered for a particular Sprint & discuss any kind of concerns that can impact the sprint delivery. 5) Participate in Sprint Retro meetings to highlight what went well & what are the areas of improvement to be considered for the upcoming Sprint . 6) Provide Daily Status Updates to the Onsite Project team as part of the Daily stand up calls. 7) Manage the Offshore team & coordinate the delivery of the User Stories. 8) Support the Offshore team in configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud solution. 9) Lead/Present Product Owner Demo's in between Sprint & get the necessary sign off for the completion of User Stories. 10) Manage & Work on Bug Fix's. 11) Work with other cross integration teams & support them in integrating with Salesforce Solution 12) Support the Product owners with SIT testing & UAT testing. 13) Perform Cutover task executions 14) Support the solution after Go live. 15) Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. 16) Experienced to manage different stakeholders. - provided by Dice
