🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Set and operate press brakes and associated equipment
Manufacture parts efficiently to meet production targets
Monitor output rates and report performance issues
Take ownership of product quality and ensure standards are met
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Uphold workplace organisation standards (5S)
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all health & safety procedures
Carry out additional duties as required
✅ Candidate Requirements
Proven experience and strong knowledge of press brake operation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-driven with a strong focus on safety and quality
