Hours: Full time, clinical and supernumerary mix

Pay: £50,960

Working for an award-winning, high-end care home, as a Deputy Manager ( Nurse / RGN / RMN ), you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the daily experience of those who live and work within the service. Your role blends clinical oversight with compassionate leadership, ensuring that both standards and spirits remain high.

• Stay curious and committed to professional growth, bringing fresh insight and best practice into the care environment.
• Oversee medication routines and health monitoring with precision, ensuring all documentation aligns with internal and external standards.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of personalised care approaches, always prioritising respect, choice, and comfort.
• Mentor and inspire fellow clinical and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across the team.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, Deputy Manager
• NMC PIN ( Nurse / RGN / RMN )
