Our client, an esteemed Electrical/Mechanical engineering company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Water Division based in Sittingbourne, Kent. With a strong reputation across Kent, Sussex, and Essex, they provide comprehensive services including electrical and mechanical installation, commissioning, refurbishment, fault finding, repair, and maintenance, tailored to the water utility industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing multiple M&E projects from office and site locations
Overseeing all on-site activities alongside Site Managers to ensure safety, efficiency, and budget adherence
Preparing and monitoring project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensuring project profitability in collaboration with Contracts Managers
Implementing quality control measures across all projects

Job Requirements:

Engineering background or qualifications with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Experience in using Microsoft Projects for project planning
A good understanding of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures
Experience in multidisciplinary project delivery
Strong planning, budget management, and commercial awareness
Effective leadership and management skills
