Based in Church Langley Harlow - this on-site roles is varied looking after the following tasks:

• Unblocking sinks
• Plumbing
• Fire alarms and sprinklers
• Room set up
• Moving furniture
• Support operational and customer needs
• Basic Carpentry
• Fabric Repairs
• Implement health & safety standards
• Support heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• This role may have some out of office hours to support tasks - some flexibility is required e.g. occasional out of hours or weekends
• Use MS Office tools for admin tasks
• Work with contractors
• The successful candidate will need to complete BPSS baseline security and background check
