A well-established Kent-based distribution business is seeking a **Fractional Finance Director** to provide strategic, commercial, and operational financial leadership **3 days per week**.

*   Deliver strategic financial insight and support board-level decision making*   Strengthen financial controls, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting*   Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimisation across the distribution network*   Oversee cashflow management and commercial analysis*   Act as a trusted adviser to the senior leadership team

*   **Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA – essential)***   Proven FD-level experience within SMEs (distribution/logistics sector desirable)*   Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into action*   Hands-on, collaborative approach with the confidence to influence and challenge*   Someone able to hit the ground running and add value from day one
