Working Pattern

Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 17:00 (dayshift)

Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Fabrication Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring production targets and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved. You'll oversee day-to-day operations within the fabrication department, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with planning teams to align production schedules.

Track hours worked and provide accurate budgetary feedback.

*

Lead and motivate the factory team to maintain high levels of output and morale.

*

Uphold Health & Safety standards in partnership with the SHEQ function.

*

Ensure quality control processes are followed and continuously improved.

*

Collaborate with design, technical, and procurement teams.

*

Mentor and train staff to develop skills and support career progression.

*

Monitor discipline and performance across the workforce.

*

Identify and recommend improvements to plant, processes, and equipment.

*

Contribute to wider factory management activities.

Candidate Profile

*

Strong understanding of fabrication processes.

*

Experience with sheet metal work.

*

Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

*

Commercially aware, with the ability to manage costs and resources effectively.

*

Able to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
