Are you an experienced Project Engineer with experience in the Chemical/Process manufacturing industry, looking to join a well-established company within the heating and energy, where you will be directly influencing the trajectory of the company?

On offer is the opportunity to join a globally renowned company, giving you the chance to manage the overall detailed timing plans for process plant related systems.

This company specialises in manufacturing products and systems that use renewable energy. Through innovation and quality of service, they now require a Project Engineer to manage project financials, raising required CAPEX approvals to ensure all required PO's are raised on time.

In this role, you will help the company continue its goals in growth whilst also providing a brilliant service by managing and presenting data to various levels of the organisation and key stakeholders.

The Role:
- liaise with group engineering regarding lessons learned and standards from other sites.
- Manage the processing projects with both internal and external parties to gain the required safety approvals and installation sign off.
- Specification of equipment, quotation phase through to launch overseeing installation and commissioning of bulk compressed gases/refrigerant storage and delivery systems and chemical handling systems for a new production hall and lines.
- Play a part in a team of engineers collaborating across functions, from HSE, production, quality, supply chain and maintenance.

The Applicant:
- Background in an engineering discipline with relevant practical experience in a manufacturing environment ideally within the chemical/processing industry.
- Chemical/Mechanical engineering degree.
- Strong knowledge of DSEAR, COSHH and ATEX requirements as well as technical process safety for compressed gases, flammables and other chemicals.
