Our client, a busy freight forwarding company are now looking for an ocean import clerk to join their team.
You will be required to handle start to finish Ocean freight imports, offering a high level of services and ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Duties will include:
• Arranging ocean freight imports
• Taking bookings from overseas agents
• Liaising with customers on a regular basis
• Handling documentation
• Negotiate with agents and suppliers
• Handle any ad hoc administrative duties.

You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have experience working within a freight forwarding company, strong communication and customer service skills and be ambitious and career minded
