Deputy Manager - Residential Care Home in London

Rate: £25.79per hour (Umbrella)
TYPE: 28 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Shift work including 7:00am-2:30pm and 2:00pm-9:30pm (including some weekends)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Residential Care Home in London. You will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running and development of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about providing person-centred care to older people, including those living with dementia.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in managing or supervising teams in a residential or dementia care setting.

* Knowledgeable about CQC standards and regulatory compliance.

* Skilled in staff management, coaching, and developing others.

* Committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support.

* Organised, proactive, and able to handle complex care situations with professionalism.

* A confident communicator who works well with multidisciplinary teams, families, and service users.
