At Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA), we believe everyone deserves safe, affordable housing. We’re looking for a motivated and organised Property Sales Coordinator to help us deliver an exciting and varied sales programme across the East Midlands. This includes new shared ownership homes, staircasing, statutory and one-off sales.
You’ll play a key role in supporting property sales progressions by:
- Responding to customer enquiries and guiding them through the sales process.
- Administering shared ownership applications, staircasing and voluntary/right to acquire sales.
- Managing data entry for properties and buyers across various platforms.
- Liaising with buyers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to keep sales on track and answering low level enquiries.
- Providing vital admin support including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and assisting with reports.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong Administrator as you will be providing office support to our Head of Sales and Sales Negotiators.
- Experienced in a customer-facing role and confident communicating over the phone and in person.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload using their own initiative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Eager to learn, adaptable to new systems and ready to grow within the role.
- Sales progression experience is desirable but not essential—we’ll provide full training.

The role is full time, 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, it is an office-based position with 3 days per week minimum working from the office and the flexibility to work 2 days per week from home (once fully trained).
