The Role

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
✅ Leading and managing an Ofsted-regulated children's homes
✅ Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations
✅ Driving service improvement, staff training, and professional development
✅ Overseeing referrals, care planning, and multi-agency working
✅ Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring financial efficiency
✅ Preparing for an operational role as the organisation expands

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's home
✔ Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children's Home Regulations, and the Quality Standards
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
✔ Proven track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
✔ A full UK driving licence
