An established and respected wealth management firm is looking to recruit a professional and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Worcester. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role offering a clear opportunity to grow within a reputable and supportive environment.
The Role As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Wealth Planners in delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll manage a wide range of administrative tasks including preparing client documentation, liaising with providers, maintaining client records, and supporting the end-to-end wealth planning process.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to Wealth Planners

Attending client meetings and completing follow-up tasks

Preparing documentation, application forms, and service agreements

Managing client communications and correspondence
-
Coordinating meeting packs, valuations, and diary management
-
Ensuring all data is accurately recorded in internal systems (e.g. XPlan)

Assisting with onboarding processes including CDD and AML checks
The Candidate This role would suit someone with prior experience in financial services or wealth management administration. You’ll be client-focused, organised, and capable of working accurately within compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Essential skills and experience:

Strong understanding of financial planning products and processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

Experience using platforms such as XPlan or Voyant is desirable

Familiarity with FCA conduct rules and compliance requirements
