An established and respected wealth management firm is looking to recruit a professional and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Worcester. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role offering a clear opportunity to grow within a reputable and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Wealth Planners in delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll manage a wide range of administrative tasks including preparing client documentation, liaising with providers, maintaining client records, and supporting the end-to-end wealth planning process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to Wealth Planners

  • Attending client meetings and completing follow-up tasks

  • Preparing documentation, application forms, and service agreements

  • Managing client communications and correspondence

  • Coordinating meeting packs, valuations, and diary management

  • Ensuring all data is accurately recorded in internal systems (e.g. XPlan)

  • Assisting with onboarding processes including CDD and AML checks

The Candidate

This role would suit someone with prior experience in financial services or wealth management administration. You’ll be client-focused, organised, and capable of working accurately within compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong understanding of financial planning products and processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

  • Experience using platforms such as XPlan or Voyant is desirable

  • Familiarity with FCA conduct rules and compliance requirements
