The Role - HLTA

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a Year 3 class and confidently stepping in to deliver lessons in the teacher's absence. Your role will involve leading small groups, supporting whole-class learning, preparing resources, and ensuring lessons run smoothly when covering. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and well-organised, with strong behaviour management and a thorough understanding of the LKS2 curriculum.
