Chief Executive Network, the premier national CEO peer group membership organization, is seeking a competitive and highly motivated Membership Development Associate to join our sales team and interact with some of the most successful CEOs and corporate executives in the U.S. Within an assigned set of industries, the Membership Development Associate will sell new memberships to the Chief Executive Network. Exceptional compensation and benefits include competitive base salary as well as uncapped commissions, with first year on-target total estimated earnings of $90,000-100,000 Working as a key member of the sales team, the Membership Development Associate will sell memberships by utilizing marketing leads as well as new prospects you have identified and qualified. Specific responsibilities for the Membership Development Associate include: Calling on small and mid-market CEOs and senior company executives and cultivating their interest in becoming a member of the Chief Executive Network Using a repeatable process to reach potential CEN members vis LinkedIn, email, and phone The ideal candidate for the Membership Development Associate role will be a highly-motivated salesperson with a hunter mentality. You will have a sales style that is assertive, yet is professional and well-received by corporate executives. Specific qualifications for the Membership Development Associate include: Bachelor’s degree Demonstrated success using a repeatable sales strategy to routinely close a high volume of short-cycle B2B sales Superior phone skills coupled with the comfort level and desire to spend the bulk of each day calling on existing and prospective clients Experience using CRM and social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn) to assist with communicating with target clients and prospects Experience selling to C-suite level executives, a plus NO PHONE CALLS OR RECRUITER SOLICITATIONS PLEASE
