Your Role:

Deliver Therapeutic Teaching: Move beyond standard lesson plans. You will design and deliver creative, flexible lessons that re-engage students with their education, managing a range of SEMH needs such as anxiety, trauma, and challenging behaviour.

Build Trust and Stability: For many of these students, school is their safest space. You will foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment where pupils feel understood, secure, and motivated to rebuild their confidence.

Who We Are Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

A calm and adaptable practitioner who can de-escalate situations with empathy and maintain high expectations for all students.

Someone who finds reward in building relationships and celebrating the 'small wins' that lead to life-changing progress.

Essential Requirements:

An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one immediately.

Strong professional references confirming your ability to work effectively with vulnerable children.
