We are working with a growing, design-led luxury brand making its mark in the UK with a flagship location in one of London's most prestigious retail destinations.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a business that blends retail, storytelling and sensory experience-creating a truly immersive customer journey.

The RoleAs Store Manager, you will take full ownership of a flagship environment where experience is everything. This is not a transactional retail role-it's about building relationships, creating moments, and driving loyalty.

You'll be:

  • Leading from the front on the shop floor - highly visible and hands-on

  • Building a clientelling culture that drives repeat business and long-term relationships

  • Owning the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint feels premium and intentional

  • Coaching and developing a small, high-performing team

  • Driving commercial performance through CRM, data insights and service excellence

  • Acting as a true brand ambassador, bringing the story and concept to life daily

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with individuals who thrive in experience-led environments and know how to elevate service beyond expectation.

  • Proven Store Manager (or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)

  • Background in luxury retail, premium lifestyle, or high-end hospitality

  • Strong clientelling and CRM experience - you understand how to build and retain a loyal customer base

  • Hands-on leadership style - leads by example, not from the back office

  • Commercially aware, with a passion for delivering results through people and service

  • Naturally engaging, with the ability to create a memorable in-store experience
