Plumber / Plumbing Engineer - Full Time (not gas)

Salary: £38,000-£44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: PAYE or Self-Employed

Location: Most work will be based in London, so suitable candidates should be located within London or the outskirts of the M25.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Trace and access (T&A) work

* Leak detection and repairs

* Diagnosing and resolving water pressure faults

* Stack replacements

* Working alongside Gas, Pump, and Drainage teams

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence

* Proven experience in leak detection, plumbing, or a similar role

* Experience with trace and access works preferred

* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota
