My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot in the Bolton area are looking to recruit skilled Engineering Shift Supervisor on a full time basis.
 
Engineering Shift Supervisor Duties:

Coordinating the maintenance and service our fleet of vehicles to both the Company's and the Department of Transport's exacting
Supervising a team of engineering staff
Ensuring documents are upto date and in good order.
Ensuring Company health & safety policies and procedures are followed.Engineering Shift Supervisor Skills Required:

Applicants should have a proven track record of supervisory management and staff motivation and a customer-caring attitude to problem solving.
