As a Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team.
Providing outstanding, personalised care to residents.
Managing all aspects of the home, including budgets and regulatory compliance.
Identifying business opportunities and managing the operating profit of the home.
Building strong relationships with key audiences, including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners.Package and Benefits:
