CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with an established HR department based in Fareham, Hampshire to recruit a HR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term comtract basis.

The role of the assistant is to support the HR Manager and Advisor in their busy HR department and will act as a great development role.

What will the role involve?

Employee referencing and right to work checks.
Assisting with recruitment.
Managing the database to ensure accurate employee records.
On-boarding, off-boarding and contractual changes.
Completing HR inductions.
Ad hoc project work.
Assisting with ER meetings; taking minutes.
Suitable Candidate:

Applicants should be passionate about starting a career in HR and have an excellent eye for detail and be confident picking up new systems.
Ideally with some exposure to HR administration processes and comfortable producing reports and working on excel.
