Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Luton
Pay rate: £18.00 PAYE +
Job Type: Part Time - One weekday 15:30pm-19:30pm + 4 hours on a Saturday
Must: Drive (UK license)

 Company and Role:

This is to support a bubbly 15 year old male with complex conditions on a 1:1 basis at home and out into the community for various activities such as swimming, zoos and loc
This involves personal care , mobility prompts and seizure management 
Successful Applicant:

Previous experience and confident working with children or teenagers with complex conditions - brain injuries, cerebral palsy , epilepsy etc
Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available
Must have flexibility to pick up 2 shifts per week
