Job Description

Full time position to support the Director of Vertical Construction, Project Manager(s) and staff to achieve project and company goals.

 

  • Thorough experience and understanding of the Construction industry with an emphasis on high end residential construction;

  • Understanding of all construction trades and practices;

  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate verbally, and in writing;

  • Understanding of construction software;

  • Perform Daily administrative duties to include: answering phones, e mails, filing, copying, errands, etc.;

  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with trades and vendors;

  • Working with the Staff to develop and administer the site utilization program, services, security arrangements and other facilities and arrangements necessary for appropriate service to the construction effort;

  • Assist in ordering, accepting (receiving) & inspecting material deliveries for adherence to Purchase Orders; Keeping inventories of stored materials;

  • Receive and organize delivery tickets and scan in for accounting;

  • Assist Project Managers creating Purchase Orders, Subcontracts and Change orders through Timberline software;

  • Assist Vertical construction office with permit applications and filing of applications for building permits;

  • Assist Site Supervisors to maintain a clean and safe working construction at all times;

  • OSHA 10 Certification(s) (minimum);

  • Assist Supervisors, Project Managers and Field with computer or software generated daily job logs & reports, diaries, narratives and all other regular documentation;

  • Maintain fuel logs;

  • Orientation of new subcontractors and vendors on Stoneleaf Construction and Silo Ridge Field Club on site safety, protocol, company policies together with collecting identification, photo ID’s (licenses) OSHA 10 cards, preparing and supplying identification badges;

  • Tracking safety compliance such as trade safety manuals, safety data sheets, trade tool box talks with subcontractors, vendors and staff, safety inspections;

  • Adhere to company operations and safety manuals;

  • Will receive training as needed;

  • Other assignments as needed by Stoneleaf Construction LLC
