Are you a passionate and adaptable Female PE Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities across Tameside? We are working with several supportive and well-established secondary schools seeking confident PE Teachers to provide cover on a short and long-term basis.

These schools have strong reputations for inclusion, behaviour, and student engagement, with PE departments that value participation, teamwork, and the development of lifelong healthy habits.

The Role:

Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with pre-set work where required)
Provide general cover, maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of permanent staff
Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive environment
Encourage participation, teamwork, and student wellbeing through physical activity

Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - desirable, not essential
Experience teaching Physical Education in a secondary school setting
Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
Flexible, reliable, and confident delivering across a range of PE activities
