Job Description

Seeking an organized and focused individual who can manage daily office operations and provide general support to a science research team in the west metro. Must be professional, positive/friendly, and able to organize projects effectively. Must be able to be the go-to person for the group and take initiative.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Greet guests/monitor the front desk area
- Order supplies
- Oversee FedEx/UPS
- Assist with projects such as document production/copying/file management
- Make travel arrangements
- Assist with other projects as assigned

Skills & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, detail oriented, ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Must be able to take initiative, multi-task effectively, and adapt to the changing needs of a growing start-up. Positive attitude, team player, and a problem solver are the essential qualities of successful candidates.

Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products. Some college education preferred, but not required.
