The successful Building Surveyor's Role

The new Building Surveyor will be integral to a team of 10 dedicated Building Surveyors, committed to delivering top-tier building surveying services. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the management and execution of dilapidation projects for a varied commercial client base.
Participating in a broad spectrum of building surveying activities, offering a dynamic and enriching set of duties.
Collaborating effectively within the team to maintain and elevate the consultancy's esteemed standing in the real estate sector.The successful Building Surveyor will have?

MRICS qualified ideally, or pursing APC via experienced route.
Experience within a consultancy enviroment.
Proven experience in managing dilapidation projects for commercial clients, demonstrating technical expertise and client-focused approach.
A broad understanding and experience in core building surveying services.
Excellent communication skills, essential for client interaction and team collaboration.In Return?
