This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the financial management and reporting across six businesses. You’ll provide strategic insight, support growth, and drive efficiency across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations

• Produce budgets, forecasts, monthly and statutory accounts

• Oversee finance systems, reporting improvements, and ERP integration

• Manage payroll, pensions, HMRC payments, insurance, and company secretarial duties

• Implement new software and drive continuous improvement

• Lead and develop a small finance team

Requirements:

• CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant experience

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Confident using ERP systems and Office 365

• Proactive, analytical, and a team leader with a hands-on approach
