With an annual turnover of £20,000,000, you will be joining the office that still has a family feel within the team you will be an integral part of the day to day running of their finance process.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

• Setting up the new customer and supplier process.
• Maintaining aged debt.
• Liaising with customer service team.
• Credit control & remittance allocation.
• Monthly/Quarterly/Year End requirements.
• Assisting with year – end procedures including audits and reconciliation schedules.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• Minimum or 2 years working within a business accounts team.
• Excel requirement – Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP’s.
• Confident dealing with customers.
• To be proactive and keen on developing through a career.
• Willing and able to work a little longer to hit deadlines if necessary.
