We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to be part of our landmark development at Central Quay, Cardiff. This is a fixed term contract until July 26, based on-site at the historic former Brains Brewery site.
Your Role:
As Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our site team, including Construction Directors, Project Managers, and Site Managers, ensuring smooth operations and positive interactions across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team
- Maintain accurate and accessible project records and documentation
- Coordinate site visitors and manage communications
- Support general site presentation and organisation
- Attend site meetings and produce clear, professional minutes
- Manage stationery supplies and maintain the subcontractor directory
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within construction or property development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment
