Full job description

Financial Services Administrator to a Director and Advisor of a bath based Independent Financial Advisors.

  • Provide efficient administrative support to an Adviser
  • Act as a first point of contact for client and provider queries
  • Prepare suitability reports and client correspondence in line with company guidelines
  • Organise new business and review packs for adviser meetings
  • Process new business paperwork in a timely manner
  • Obtain valuations, research and quotes on financial products such as protection, pensions and investments
  • Process fund switches, payment requests and letter of authorities, chasing for updates or information back, if required
  • Manage client data, ensuring the back office system (xplan) is up to date
  • Keep on top of diary management to support the Advisers daily / weekly workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
