Boutique Chartered Building Surveying practice based in Mayfair requires an experienced / Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor to take a key role within their growing team. Working closely with the Director, the successful candidate will be involved in contract administration of refurbishment and repair projects, preparation of specifications and condition reports, reinstatement cost assessments, defect analysis, Section 20 consultation processes, JCT contracts, contractor liaison and Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.The role offers exposure to high-value residential assets including prime mansion blocks, listed buildings and complex refurbishments, with genuine progression towards a senior leadership position. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years building surveying experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage instructions independently. MRICS or working towards chartership preferred. Commercial awareness, organisation and the ability to prioritise in a demanding environment are essential
