Freightserve are looking to recruit a Airline Internal Sales Agent for a Heathrow based GSA. The GSA is based in the Heathrow area.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Dealing with Freight Forwarders
• Quotations
• Spot Rates
• Dealing with inbound telephone calls and emails
• Processing bookings
• Providing rates to clients when requested
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Communicating with Airlines and Freight Forwarders on a daily basis

Requirements:-

• Customer service
• Knowledge of airline and cargo handling practices
• Air Cargo Security (training provided if necessary)
• Flexible approach
• Ability to work as a part of a team
