We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join the day shift team in Red Lodge. Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse & Distribution Manager (through the Warehouse Team Leaders), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth intake, picking and dispatch of goods, helping our client deliver on-time and in-full service to their customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established global business, working a 4-day week with long weekends every Friday.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely and efficiently carry out warehouse intake, picking and dispatch operations

* Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity and housekeeping

* Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) as required (training provided if needed)

* Support Health & Safety processes, reporting incidents or near misses promptly

* Assist in delivering excellent customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in full

* Report any maintenance or equipment issues, ensuring all areas are kept safe and tidy

* Be flexible to support the needs of the business, including potential overtime or shift adjustments

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

* Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance

* Able to work well as part of a team

* Safety-conscious and proactive in improving standards

* Flexible and willing to learn new skills through training

* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
