Conveyancer (Non-Qualified) - Leicester Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a structured, team-driven environment where collaboration, quality and efficiency come first? A respected law firm in Leicester is seeking a capable non-qualified conveyancer to join a busy residential property team led by an experienced Licensed Conveyancer.

The Role You will play a key role within a collaborative team, progressing a wide range of residential conveyancing matters while working under supervision. This firm operates a team-based model, meaning files are not held in individual names. Instead, the focus is on:

• Delivering consistent, high-quality service
• Reducing risk through shared responsibility
• Providing exposure to more complex matters through teamwork

Key Responsibilities

• Progress residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases
• Handle enquiries and liaise with all parties in the transaction
• Review searches, mortgage offers and title documentation
• Assist with drafting reports and completion documentation
• Manage pre- and post-completion processes, including SDLT and Help to Buy
• Maintain accurate case records across systems
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to a high-performing, efficient team environment

About You

• Proven experience handling your own conveyancing caseload (non-qualified)
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Comfortable working within a team-based structure (non-file-owner model)
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused
• Open to developing knowledge in areas such as leasehold transactions
• Commercial awareness and appreciation for efficient legal service delivery
