We are currently looking for a Groundworker in the Merseyside area to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is working within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!In return, the Groundworker will receive:

• Company van & fuel card
• Long term work
• £17 - £18 per hour

As a Groundworker, you will be expected to complete:

• Slabbing
• Fencing
• Patio maintenance
• General external maintenance
• Building ramps

I am looking for a Groundworker who:

• Has a full UK driving license
• Has relevant industry experience
• Has relevant experience within social housing
