Role is Based in Bristol

The educational provider is currently looking to appoint 2 Heavy Vehicle Vocational Specialists (Teacher)to work on-site at their fantastic facilities based in Bristol.

The company is a specialist provider of apprenticeships in the automotive sector. Operating nationally, each year they deliver the national apprenticeship programmes for MAN Truck Bus, DVSA, Dennis Eagle, TNT, Veolia, John Lewis, Go Ahead Group, London Utd, Arriva as well as programmes for independent motor businesses.

The company have an excellent opportunity for you to train the technicians of the future. You will be responsible for their training delivery and recording of their progress.


* Develop and deliver training programmes for funded apprentices to enable them to achieve qualifications

* Deliver practical and theoretical training for nominated groups of learners

* Provide guidance and mentoring to the apprentice as requires

* Monitor apprentices' progress to support the successful completion of end point assessment

* Ensure training premises, facilities and materials are organised and dispatched as appropriate in a timely fashion

* To maintain all records related to training and assessment necessary to ensure the efficient delivery of training programmes


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Specific and relevant automotive technical certificates

* Recognised teaching / training qualifications - desirable

* Strong Automotive Technical experience

* Excellent presentation/facilitation skills with a proven track record of imparting skills and learning to others
A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
