Bridge Recruitment are currently representing a leading provider of Facilities Management Services Provider who are looking to appoint a Sales & Solutions Manager to support the growth of their business in the North of England.

This role will focus on developing new business opportunities across Cleaning and Security services, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions that align with client needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Produce and submit tenders and bids in line with company processes.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
  • Attend client meetings and networking events to promote the company’s services.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to support contract retention and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand services across existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in solution-based sales.
  • Experience within commercial Cleaning, Security or facilities management industry is essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems is beneficial.
