What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a  Senior Quantity Surveyor with leading contractors in the Midlands

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, BSc in Quantity Surveying)

Must have Tier 1 Experience
