Due to continued demand, they are looking for a Technical Assembly Operative to join the team on a temporary basis, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, detailed, technical work. While previous assembly experience would certainly be beneficial, our client is also open to individuals who have a natural mechanical aptitude and enjoy practical, assembly-type tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out mechanical and technical assembly following clear instructions and engineering drawings.
*
Using hand tools and basic workshop equipment accurately and safely.
*
Completing quality checks to ensure all assembled components meet required standards.
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
*
Working collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive production team.
What We're Looking For:
*
Previous experience in assembly or technical assembly is an advantage, but not essential.
*
Someone with good practical ability, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
*
Comfortable in a busy engineering environment.
What You'll Receive:

£12.80 per hour, plus overtime paid at time and a half.
