Day-to-day of the role: - Oversee daily operations in the filling department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Manage and lead a small team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure team members are competent and confident in their roles.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure all supplies and equipment are available and in good condition.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.
- Ability to work the shift pattern of 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
