This is a pivotal leadership position within the Council's Housing directorate, responsible for delivering a modern, customer‑focused, and efficient repairs service.

Key Responabilities:

* Lead and manage the council's responsive repairs, voids and disrepair service.

* Manage contractors, budgets, procurement, and performance frameworks.

* Drive service improvements to enhance resident satisfaction and reduce backlogs.

* Lead multi‑disciplinary teams and promote a resident‑first, high‑performance culture.

* Support digital transformation and smarter working initiatives.
