Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with proven delivery driving experience to join our team. This dual-role position involves supporting warehouse operations and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, organised, and possess a full UK driving licence. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Duties: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Loading and unloading deliveries Stock control and inventory management Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required Delivery Driving Duties: Delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner Planning delivery routes and schedules Ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues Maintaining a high standard of customer service during deliveries Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse environment Proven experience as a delivery driver Full UK driving licence (preferably clean) Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and communication skills Desirable: Forklift truck licence (counterbalance or reach) Knowledge of local delivery routes
