Key Responsibilities:

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, optimize processes, and enhance quality.

Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, increase equipment reliability, and improve resource utilization.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for key equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize disruptions.

*

Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and system adjustments while ensuring safety and compliance.

Keep detailed documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, and upgrades.

*

Recommend and support equipment upgrades or modifications for greater efficiency and safety.

*

Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize downtime.

*

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like NPI and production to support readiness and improvement projects.

*

Train operators on proper equipment use, basic maintenance, and safety protocols.

Manage inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
