• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and planning cycles
• Provide high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions and investments
• Partner with regional and business unit leaders to enhance reporting accuracy and cost control
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and business case development
• Present meaningful management information using advanced Excel and Power BI
• Deliver insightful performance analysis, including variance reporting and commentary
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and board meetings
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning financial planning with business objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel required, Power BI desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
