Key Responsibilities

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons

Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including for children with additional needs

Promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment

Help prepare and organise classroom resources and activities

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - essential

Previous experience in a primary school, preferably in KS1

A caring, proactive, and positive approach to supporting young learners

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
