We're working in partnership with educational Trust, to recruit a Senior Administrator who can deliver exceptional support across pastoral and whole-school administration.

The Role:

As Senior Administrator, you will be the backbone of the school's administrative team, ensuring the smooth running of pastoral systems and supporting senior leadership with key processes.

You'll be responsible for:

* Leading on all aspects of pastoral administration

* Supporting Co-Headteachers, SLT, and Heads of School with day-to-day administrative functions

* Coordinating parents' evenings, partnership events, and communications with stakeholders

* Managing student records, safeguarding data, and school census updates

* Liaising with new families, transferring records and ensuring MIS data is accurate

* Being a visible, professional presence in school, supporting both students and visitors

What We're Looking For:

This role requires someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within a school setting

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Familiarity with school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor - training can be provided)

* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality

* A genuine passion for supporting young people and making a difference
